  Quality ControlEnsures all maintenance and repair work meets EMS technical standards.

  Work Authorization & Replacement VerificationCoordinates with Procurement & Store before technical purchases; confirms parts/materials required and verifies items replaced during maintenance.

  Before & After DocumentationEnsures photographs and technical records are properly captured before and after work.

  Emergency ResponseCoordinates technical response to urgent client breakdowns and maintenance requests.

  Staff PerformanceMonitors the performance, conduct, availability, and technical competence of TOT staff.

  Technical RecordsMaintains records of client technical issues, inspections, completed work, replacement items, and technician assignments.

  Management ReportingReports major technical issues, completed jobs, challenges, and recommendations to Executive Management.

  Safety ComplianceEnsures technicians follow applicable safety procedures while working at client locations.

  Technical DevelopmentIdentifies training needs and recommends improvements to EMS technical operations.

The Director supervises all three units and is responsible for the overall department.

Responsible for ensuring that EMS has the right materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment available when needed, while maintaining proper control of company and client-related items, and supervising media operations.

  Supplier ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and maintain reliable suppliers and vendors.

  Quotation & Price ComparisonObtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms before procurement.

  Purchase ControlProcess approved purchase requests and ensure purchases follow EMS procedures and authorization levels.

  Receiving MaterialsReceive and inspect delivered materials against purchase orders, invoices, and specifications.

  Store ManagementProperly arrange, label, secure, and maintain all materials, tools, spare parts, and equipment in the store.

  Stock ControlKeep accurate records of items received, issued, returned, damaged, or remaining in stock.

  Issuing MaterialsRelease materials and spare parts to authorized technical staff based on approved work requirements.

  Emergency ProcurementQuickly source critical materials required for emergency maintenance or breakdown response, subject to approval.

  Inventory MonitoringMonitor stock levels and request replenishment before essential items run out.

  Damaged/Unused Items ControlRecord and control all damaged, obsolete, unused, or replaced materials, tools, and spare parts, ensuring they are properly returned to the EMS Workshop for inspection, repair, reuse, storage, disposal, or further management action.

  Technical CoordinationWork closely with the TOT to confirm the exact materials and replacement parts required for a maintenance job.

  Cost ControlHelp EMS obtain suitable materials at reasonable cost without compromising required quality.

  Procurement RecordsMaintain procurement documents, supplier records, delivery notes, invoices, and store records.

  Asset ProtectionPrevent unauthorized removal, misuse, loss, or theft of EMS materials, tools, and equipment.
